Simon & Schuster Has a New Deal With Amazon, Other Retailers

Simon & Schuster may have finally signed a new ebook retail agreement with Amazon and other retailers according to an analysis by Digital Book World. If the analysis proves true, Simon & Schuster will be the third out of three major publishers that settled an ebook price-fixing case with the Department of Justice to fulfill its legal obligation to sign new contracts with ebook retailers.
