What’s unique about your company compared to your competitors?
Analytics—our sales reporting platform—sets us apart from the competition. There really isn’t anything else like it in the marketplace right now. It takes all your ebook sales data and converts it into one easy-to-read dashboard. With Analytics, there’s no more messy spreadsheets or manual file pushing.

What’s the single biggest benefit your customers get from your service?
Sales reporting is complex. There’s so much to keep track of and decipher! Our platform untangles all that data and gives it clarity. Publishers can easily see how to improve their performance and even spot future trends.The reporting is automatic, so they’ll never have to retrieve a sales report again. And the insights reveal which territories and retailers to focus on, titles from their backlist to promote, and which marketing plans are working.

What’s the single biggest problem for your customers right now?
Gaining clarity from all the noise in the marketplace. Our customers have so many different data sources: multiple sales reports, territories, currencies, etc. It’s really difficult for them to get a clear picture of what it all means. How much revenue are they actually generating? Are their marketing campaigns working? Which retailers are actually carrying their books? Which books would do best in specific territories?

What’s the single biggest opportunity for your customers right now?
Using data and trend lines to improve revenue. As our customers get more insight into their data and what it means, they’ll have a much easier time figuring out competitive pricing, spotting emerging trends and opportunities, and generally staying ahead of the competition.
