We understand that deep content expertise matters, so we couple our technology suite with best-in-class industry experience service: each of our service professionals possesses extensive backgrounds in technology and software, education, publishing, professional services, instructional and interactive design and content conversion capabilities. Metrodigi has created more than 8 million pages of content reaching more than 5 million users globally. Some of our clients include Pearson, National Geographic Learning, arvato Bertelsmann, Culinary Institute of America, and the United Nations.

What’s the single biggest problem for your customers right now?
B2B firms spend over $5.2 billion a year on the content creation process. And while more than half of education institutions have done a test drive with digital content, just 22 percent have a complete strategy for digital transition in place. Whether it’s for the corporate sector, educational institutions or a number of other sectors, how one’s customers operate within intelligent, high-quality content is foundational to success. Yet it is still much too expensive and clunky to create, distribute, search and use. Not only are poorly managed content processes cumbersome and inconvenient, but they also drain valuable resources, which is a significant problem facing our prospective customers across industries.

What’s the single biggest opportunity for your customers right now?
Our opportunity and our customers’ opportunity is propelled by the fact that new technology is driving radical consumer expectation shifts, with the rise of always-on devices and always-available access to information. The digital content creation space is ripe for disruption. As stated above, the B2B space alone represents a $5.2 billion market opportunity each year, and by 2016 if all schools go 100-percent digital, curriculum spending could reach $11.8 billion. Increasing investments in these sectors open a window of opportunity to help equip our customers with inspired, transparent, human-first content solutions that deliver a new lease on learning.

What industry trends do you think will have the greatest impact on your customers over the next 24 months?
People are constantly connected at work and at home. Not only is the way they communicate with systems and devices changing—thanks to advances in AI and messaging—but also how they communicate with others and consume content. We not only have the chance, but the responsibility, to lean into this shift. We’re at a critical tipping point where content has to be accessible and personal, like never before. We’re eager to help our customers refresh the way they develop and present content, going above and beyond a “business as usual” approach.
