CNET’s Technically Literate Publishes New Work from Lauren Fox

CNETCBS Interactive announced last week that award-winning author Lauren Fox has written the next original story for Technically Literate, CNET’s series of original illustrated works of short fiction, which was launched in March 2016.

Fox’s new story, “Happy This, Congratulations That,” is “an amusing and witty look” at the way one text message can change a life.

Fox is the author of Still Life with Husband, Friends Like Us and Days of Awe. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, Marie Claire, Parenting, Psychology Today, The Rumpus and Salon.

CNET also announced that three additional authors have agreed to contribute original fiction to Technically Literate this year, including Carolina De Robertis, winner of the Stonewall Book Award, Molly Giles, winner of the Flannery O’Connor Prize, and J. Ryan Stradal, whose first novel, Kitchens of the Great Midwest, made the New York Times hardcover bestseller list.
