F+W Appoints eCommerce Executive to Board of Directors

December 8, 2014 – NEW YORK – David Nussbaum, Chairman & CEO of F+W, A Content + eCommerce Company announced today the appointment of Jodi Watson, President of Consumer Direct for Wolverine Worldwide to its Board of Directors. Watson brings to the position more than 15 years of Omnichannel experience with consumer brands serving industries in Footwear, Apparel, Luxury Fashion Accessories, Home, and Consumer Electronics.

At Wolverine Worldwide, Watson is responsible for direct-to-consumer operations for the company, including stores and eCommerce. Wolverine Worldwide’s portfolio of 15 brands include, but are not limited to: Merrell, Sperry, Keds, Saucony, Hush Puppies, Wolverine, and Chaco. Wolverine Worldwide (NYSE:WWW) expects full-year revenues of $2.75B billion.

F+W has a century-old history of serving enthusiast vertical markets through a diversified portfolio of media, ecommerce sites, online education, events, retail locations, and direct-to-consumer catalog businesses. Prior to joining Wolverine, Jodi was the Chief Marketing Officer at Bag, Borrow and Steal, an eCommerce fashion startup in Seattle and served as Vice President of Direct Marketing Services for San Francisco-based Williams-Sonoma, Inc., and its portfolio brands, including Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, and west elm.

The F+W Board of Directors include: Terry O’Toole, Co-Managing Partner, Tinicum L.P.; David Sachs, Senior Partner, ARES Management, LLC; Seth Hendon, Partner, Tinicum L.P.; and Blake Nesbitt, Senior Associate, Tinicum L.P. In May, Tinicum L.P. and certain other affiliated funds (“Tinicum”) completed a majority investment in F+W.
