Random House Australia Launches New Online and ‘On Air’ Book Club

In an exciting new promotional partnership commencing January 2013, Random House Australia and smoothfm have teamed up to launch an exclusive online and on air Book Club.

With over 20 years radio  experience, smooth fm’s very own avid reader and announcer, Cathy Dinn will be the face and voice of the Book Club. Cathy had this to say:

“There’s nothing better than curling up and immersing yourself in a good book!  I’m very much looking to sharing a wonderful reading experience each month with smoothfm listeners.”

The ongoing promotion will include author interviews, advertising campaigns and competitions for listeners to win copies of the featured book throughout the month.  Sisters of Mercy by best-selling Australian author Caroline Overington is the first to air in January.

Cathy Dinn is heard in drive on smoothfm 91.5 in Melbourne and from 6am to 8am on Sunday’s on smoothfm 95.3 (Sydney) and smoothfm 91.5 (Melbourne).
