Caroline Riordan has joined Penguin as the Digital Business Director.
Caroline previously worked for Hyperion as Senior Manager of eBooks and Business Development. In that capacity, Caroline oversaw day-to-day management of the Hyperion ebook program, negotiated global distribution agreements with accounts and digital rights agreements with authors and agents. She has a strong track record coordinating digital initiatives across platforms for Disney, ABC, and Hyperion, including successful campaigns for the enhanced edition of Jacqueline Kennedy: Historic Conversations on Life with John F. Kennedy, the enhanced anniversary edition of The Last Lecture, and the Castle series.
Most recently, Caroline spent two years with Trailer Park, an entertainment marketing and content agency. At Trailer Park, Caroline was involved in the successful creation and distribution of digital editions of The Beatles Yellow Submarine and worked with Penguin’s own young readers group on interactive editions of Llama Llama ebooks.
