Sourcebooks Promotes Head of Digital, Expands Duties
Sourcebooks continues to augment its ranks.
The Naperville, Ill.-based publisher that has gained a reputation for innovation has promoted Lynn Dilger to the position of senior vice president, director of technology and content delivery. She has been with the company since 1999 and has steadily moved up the ladder since. She is responsible now for all technology infrastructure, digital product development and content delivery. She reports to CEO Dominique Raccah.
“Lynn was hired 12 years ago to help us get our start in e-books (among loads of other things), and it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come,” said Raccah in a statement. “She has been instrumental in building Sourcebooks, and her leadership has been will continue to be of tremendous value as we create the future.”
Earlier in the year, Sourcebooks shored up its executive ranks when it appointed its first chief operating officer, Babrara Briel. The company also beefed up its EDU division in May.
