In Sept. at Digital Book World Discoverability and Marketing, Jon Fine, Amazon’s head of author and publisher relations, spelled out three ways to do just that:

— Convert your books into all formats
It’s not as simple as it seems and Fine goes into detail about what’s essential and about what many publishers are not doing.
