Fifty Shades Decoded: A Guide for Men Looks to Capitalize on the Book’s Popularity Among Women

Print Friendly

One flaw in the incredible success of Fifty Shades of Grey? It strongly appeals to half the population, largely leaving male readers out.

One author has decided to try to capitalize on that by creating a guidebook to the popular erotica series that has so far sold over 20 million copies and has dominated best-seller lists for months with no end in sight.

The book, Fifty Shades of Grey Decoded by M. Alan, attempts to be a “cheat sheet” for men whose wives and girlfriends were obsessed with the best-seller but who didn’t understand what the book was about.

While not exactly a “Fifty Shades for men,” Alan’s book courts an as-yet ignored audience in the rising erotica trend.
