Bob Miller, Group Publisher at Workman PublishingIn this exclusive interview, Bob Miller, Group Publisher at Workman Publishing, discusses the continued importance of their physical and print backlist titles, how the company extends their lives through revisions and marketing, and long-term strategies to navigate verticals and manage risk.

From the interview:

The backlist is not really the bread and butter of Workman; it’s the entree.
