I&#039;m finding that creating effective author strategies require a pretty standard set of listening tools combined with a healthy dose of author branded content and some highly defined work processes and business development tactics to drive the desired outcomes. When well defined, documented work processes are follow, the time suck is effectively eliminated.

Even when an author is borderline antisocial, a sharp publicist or marketing assistant with the right tools and skills has the ability to maintain a valuable line of direct communication with the market through a solid web presence.</description>
