DBW WEBcast Roundup: 2010

Digital Book World

Clearly there is need for our community to come together, to focus on the issues, to share wins and losses, to offer networking opportunities, and to be a watercooler/big tent for all to gather — in person, and virtually.

“From Conference to Community,” David Nussbaum, CEO, F+W Media

At the conclusion of the inaugural Digital Book World Conference this past January, we announced the launch of the Digital Book World Community, a year-round platform where the conversations that began over those exciting two days could continue in the same focused context while expanding the participants to include the entire publishing community.

As Nussbaum suggested in his announcement, DBW’s core mission is to provide practical insights, innovative strategies, and real case studies from companies and experienced professionals who are successfully leveraging digital opportunities while simultaneously managing existing analog businesses. Part of that mission included the production of 17 informational WEBcasts covering a variety of topics and featuring a Who’s Who of speakers working at the cutting edge of publishing and technology.

Following is a list of all those WEBcasts (including our first three in 2009), with links to each one, some of which include embedded slide presentations via Slideshare.

NOTE: DBW Members can access the recordings of these sessions any time in the On-Demand Archive.
